As the owner of a yoga studio & a Silent Retreat company (My Yoga Retreat) I have helped thousands of people make yoga and meditation a daily habit leading to some pretty profound changes in their lives.
At the age of 40, I was diagnosed with a rare and chronic condition that made daily life very difficult with fainting spells almost every day.
I accepted the diagnosis, but not the prognosis (a lifetime of daily drugs). Through yoga and meditationI I re-wired my brain, let go of my anxiety and procrastination and found natural solutions to my medical condition.
In this workshop I want to share how yoga is for everyone and how it can bring calm and balance into your life and even turn your life right around, just like it did for me.
